　　At Saturday midnight, James and Jerry could still hear the loud noise outside their window. At 3 o’clock, Jerry was still wide awake, so he decided to call the Room Service Center to complain.

　　周六晚上午夜时分，詹姆斯和杰瑞还能听到窗户外吵吵闹闹的声音。到了凌晨三点，杰瑞还无法入睡，于是他决定向客房服务中心投诉。

　　Room Service Center: Good evening! How can I help you?

　　客房服务中心：晚上好！请问您需要什么服务？

　　Jerry：Hello, I really want to know why it’s still so noisy outside! It’s 3 a.m.! I couldn’t fall asleep! We have plans tomorrow!

　　杰瑞：你好，我想知道外面为什么这么吵呢。都已经凌晨三点了，我还睡不着！我们明天还有出游计划呢！

　　Room Service Center：I’m so sorry to hear this, Sir. Your room is next to West Jiefang Road, which is a very famous bar street in Changsha. Because today is Saturday, it might get a bit noisy outside.

　　客房服务中心：非常抱歉！由于您房间外就是长沙有名的酒吧一条街——解放西路，再加上今天是周六，所以会有些吵闹。

　　Jerry: My head is about to explode! I can’t bear it anymore! Can you change the room for us?

　　杰瑞：我的头要炸了！我真的受不了了！可以给我们换个房间吗？

　　Room Service Center: Definitely. I will arrange another room that doesn’t face the street. We will send someone to help you with your luggage. And again, we’re so sorry for all these troubles.

　　客房服务中心：没问题，我这就为您换另一间不临街的房间。另外，我们也会派人帮您收拾行李。再次为造成的不便向您表示歉意！
